USB storage data recovery

An unusual yet familiar situation: we received a completely “dead” USB flash drive. Unfortunately, after desoldering the memory chip, it was determined that the chip itself was damaged, making data recovery impossible. After contacting the client, we discovered that important data had been saved to the USB drive before the computer was reinstalled. The Windows OS was installed “cleanly” (with all partitions and their data erased). As a last resort, we suggested analyzing the computer’s hard drive. Upon analyzing that disk, we were able to locate and successfully recover the important data.

We always look for ways to recover your lost data, and as experience shows, this is usually possible no matter how hopeless the situation may seem at first.
