A study conducted by scientists in the United States found that it is theoretically possible to create a nuclear explosive using Google. However, how many people are actually capable of doing that in real life? Without proper preparation, experience, and equipment, successful execution of such tasks is simply not feasible.
Similarly, when it comes to data recovery, your own intervention often complicates our work significantly, and as a result, increases the cost for you. In some cases, we may no longer be able to help at all — for example, in seemingly simple cases like file deletion. If you’ve attempted recovery using automated, free, or pirated tools, and saved the recovered data back to the same drive, the original data is often overwritten by the new data. In such cases, there may be nothing left to recover.
Our minimum requirements:
- Master’s degree in IT;
- In-depth electronics knowledge;
- Experience in soldering BGA chips;
- ACELab certification;
- Six months of non-stop training (24 hours a day);
- Fluent english;
- Get along with my wife, children, close friends so that they don’t interfere with my further studies and work 🙂
Although we have been working for over 10 years, unique cases still occur, and we cannot specify an exact price list.
We always try to offer you the best prices.
The price is determined by the equipment, materials, and labor time used for data recovery.
It might seem that software failures should be the easiest to fix, but experience shows that automated tools often do not deliver the desired results. Almost always, it is necessary to manually recover partitions and individual files by examining the hexadecimal code. Meanwhile, what everyone imagines as the most complex task—replacing the heads on an old ~40GB hard drive (if we have a suitable donor)—can take as little as 30 minutes.
Often, users notice they lack the necessary data and take measures to recover it themselves. Some stop after trying automated recovery tools, while others go all the way. Only after all these attempts do they turn to us. During free consultations, these actions are usually not mentioned. In many cases, it is precisely because of these attempts that data cannot be recovered or is restored in an incomplete or undesired form. Our time is wasted, and most regrettably, the data becomes inaccessible.
* In the case of data recovery, the diagnostics fee is deducted.
**Free diagnostics when sending objects by OMNIVA, DPD, LPexpress post offices or when delivering to the office ( Eišiškių pl. 26, Vilnius) !
We are ready to assist you at any time of the day!
Our work is organized 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.
We always strive to serve you and complete the work as quickly as possible.
Diagnostics are usually completed within 24 hours.
The recovered data is recorded on a medium of the client’s choice and returned to the client in compliance with all security and data confidentiality requirements. Copies of the data are stored on the server for 14 days, after which they are deleted.
- Initial consultation is free of charge;
- Upon agreement of the time, we will come to pick up the object in Vilnius (an acceptance and handover act is drawn up). We accept items sent via Omniva, LPexpress, DPD, and other courier services.
- Diagnosis, fault finding, scoping(usually within 24 hours);
- Troubleshooting mechanical and electronic faults (if any);
- Image creation. This is necessary to ensure that the data on your media is not altered and that different recovery methodologies can be used if necessary. The process of creating an image can take anywhere from a few hours to several months (e.g. the disk has unreadable sectors). For these reasons, immediate data recovery at your premises is difficult;
- Data recovery is unique in almost every case, but we always try to offer you the best prices;
- Non-deletion of restored data from the server (after 14 days unless extended by the customer).
