We take all necessary precautions to ensure the security of our clients’ data:
- Your data is stored on media disconnected from the internet;
- Recovered data is stored on the server for 14 calendar days from the date of delivery to the client. If storage is not extended, the data is permanently deleted.
- If the client requests, a separate confidentiality agreement can be signed.
IMPORTANT:
The most important thing is to contact us as soon as you notice any data loss. Our specialists will provide precise instructions on how to act to avoid data corruption or even complete data loss (e.g., a user’s macOS “froze,” and they used the wipe function afterward).
We are also currently noticing a large number of so-called “pseudo-specialists” who are tempted by the prospect of high earnings. While we always strive to offer the most competitive prices, for example, the commonly needed PC3000 kit costs over €10,000. These pseudo-specialists may have never even heard of such equipment, and some of their actions are hard to predict.
