Workflow:

1. Initial consultation – free;
2. After agreeing on a time, we arrive in Vilnius to pick up the object (an acceptance-transfer act is drawn up). We accept objects sent by Omniva, LPexpress, DPD and other couriers or by delivering them to the office (Eišiškių pl. 26, Vilnius);
3. Diagnostics, fault identification, determination of the scope of work (usually within 24 hours) – 0 euros;
4. Removal of mechanical, electronic faults (if any);
5. Image creation. This is necessary so that the data on your media is not changed, and different recovery methods can be used if necessary. The image creation process can last from several hours to several months (e.g.: the disk has unreadable sectors). For these reasons, immediate data recovery at your premises is difficult to implement;
6. Data recovery – almost every case is unique, but we always try to offer you the most favorable prices;
7. Irretrievable deletion of recovered data from the server (after 14 days if the customer does not extend).
