
There are two types of faults:
- Mechanical
- Logical
The most common case is an unreadable optical disc due to scratches. Many such discs have already been scanned using a device of our own design, but as a rule scanning alone is not enough. The file systems of optical discs are different from the usual FAT32 or NTFS. Further work requires a lot of manual work to obtain complete files from “0” and “1”.
This is also sometimes the case in the case of incorrect recording, overwriting or rewriting of data (e.g. CD-RW overwritten optical discs). For such cases we also have specialised software to access the data.

Storage device failure diagnosis (usually within 24 hours). Determination of work scope and preparation of an estimate.
Data recovery
Repair of mechanical, electronic, and logical (software-related) failures (if any).
Return of recovered data
Recovered data is returned to you using the same or a different storage device, whenever possible. Recovered data is stored in our storage for 14 days.
